Lillard suffered the injury in the first half of Tuesday night's 111-98 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

He was elbowed in the head by Joel Embiid while driving to the basket and did not return to the game.

Lillard is averaging 28.3 points, 7.3 assists and 4.9 rebounds per game this season.

The Bucks are 22-13 with Lillard in the lineup this season and 3-6 without him.

With Lillard out, Jrue Holiday is expected to move into the starting lineup at point guard.

The Bucks will also be without Khris Middleton (knee) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) against the Raptors.

Middleton has missed the last 10 games, while Antetokounmpo has missed the last two games.

The Bucks are 4-6 in their last 10 games and have dropped to fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

The Raptors are 18-17 this season and are in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings.

The game between the Bucks and Raptors is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday night.
