Marcus Smart (ankle) questionable for Wednesday
Smart suffered the injury in Monday's win over the Pacers
The Celtics will be without Smart if he is unable to play
Marcus Smart is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Nets with a sprained left ankle, the team announced Tuesday.
Smart suffered the injury in the third quarter of Monday's 117-112 win over the Pacers when he stepped on the foot of Indiana's Malcolm Brogdon.
Smart is averaging 11.7 points, 7.1 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game this season.
If Smart is unable to play, the Celtics will likely start Derrick White in his place.
The Celtics are 2-0 this season without Smart in the lineup.
