The Phoenix Suns are moving on to the Western Conference Finals after sweeping the Utah Jazz in four games. The Suns closed out the series with a 121-100 victory in Game 4 on Tuesday night.

The Jazz were led by Donovan Mitchell, who scored 22 points. But it wasn't enough to overcome the Suns' hot shooting.

The Suns also dominated the rebounding battle, outrebounding the Jazz 52-36.
The Suns will now face the winner of the series between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.
