Governor Pete Ricketts to lead Nebraska trade mission to Czech Republic, Germany
Governor Pete Ricketts will lead a state delegation to the Czech Republic and Germany from June 24-30 to promote Nebraska businesses and strengthen economic ties between Nebraska and Europe.
The delegation will include representatives from Nebraska businesses, universities, and government agencies. They will meet with government officials, business leaders, and other stakeholders to discuss trade and investment opportunities.
Governor Ricketts said the trade mission is an important opportunity to promote Nebraska businesses and strengthen economic ties between Nebraska and Europe.
"Nebraska has a strong economy with a diverse range of businesses," said Governor Ricketts. "This trade mission is an opportunity to showcase our businesses to potential customers and investors in Europe. We are also looking to strengthen our economic ties with the Czech Republic and Germany, which are both important trading partners for Nebraska.
The delegation will visit Prague, Czech Republic, and Berlin, Germany. In Prague, the delegation will meet with government officials, business leaders, and other stakeholders to discuss trade and investment opportunities.
